Belizean Cove Estates is a collection of six luxurious beachfront vacation rentals located 3 miles north of San Pedro Town. Each villa is elegantly decorated with its own unique style and décor. Rentals have the flexibility to be rented with one, two or three bedrooms; making Belizean Cove Estates the ideal setting for an intimate honeymoon, large family, or group vacation.

All condos feature marble floors, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, a spacious living room, and dining room. Breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea can be enjoyed from the privacy of each condo’s master bedroom and living room. All villas are located directly beachfront and feature a private balcony/patio.

Belizean Cove offers plenty of beach and water activities to enjoy while on vacation. This includes bicycles, catamarans, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, Hobie cats, world class snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Some other activities are jet skiing, parasailing and kite boarding. Our Front Desk can assist in arranging these.

Payment Policy

A deposit of two nights stay plus tax is required in order to confirm a reservation. The final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Reservations are not confirmed until proper payment is received. Reservations made within 45 days of arrival require full payment at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and must be acknowledged in writing in order to be considered a valid cancellation. Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival: full refund less a $150.00USD cancellation fee. Cancellations 44 days or less prior to arrival: forfeit 2 nights plus $150.00USD cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after check in date and now shows: full payment is forfeit.
