Payment Policy

A deposit of two nights stay plus tax is required in order to confirm a reservation. The final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date. Reservations are not confirmed until proper payment is received. Reservations made within 45 days of arrival require full payment at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and must be acknowledged in writing in order to be considered a valid cancellation. Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival: full refund less a $50.00USD cancellation fee. Cancellations 44 days or less prior to arrival: forfeit 2 nights plus $50.00USD cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after check in date and now shows: full payment is forfeit.
