Seasonal Seaweed Management
Sometimes you’ll find Sargassum seaweed wash ashore along Caribbean beaches, including ours—it’s a natural occurrence that affects coastlines from the southern US down through Central America. This seaweed comes from the Sargasso Sea and normally stays offshore, but changing currents and water temperatures can bring it to shore periodically. We keep our beach areas as clean as possible, and you’ll love that our pool area, kayaks, paddleboards, and that fun water trampoline give you plenty of amazing water activities no matter what.
