Payment Policy
50% deposit is required to confirm new bookings. The remaining balance is due thirty days prior to arrival.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for reservations within thirty days of arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card and Amex. Reservation is not fully confirmed until payment has been recieved.
Cancellation Policy
Sandy Point Resorts Reservations Department must receive a cancellation notification in writing to [email protected]. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will recieve a full refund. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will be charged a 50% of the total price. No show reservations will be charged in full.
