Payment Conditions
A 30% deposit is required to confirm new bookings. The remaining balance is due fifteen days prior to arrival. Full payment is required at the time of booking for reservations within fifteen days of arrival. We accept Visa, Master and Amex cards. Reservation is not fully confirmed until payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
Sandy Point Resorts Reservations Department must receive a cancellation notification in writing to [email protected]. Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Reservations canceled within 24-hours of arrival are considered a no-show and full penalty charges apply.
