Yes. Sparadise Day Spa welcomes outside guests with a confirmed spa appointment. Access to the spa is reserved for clients who have a scheduled service on the day of their visit, so advance reservations are recommended. Upon arrival, outside guests will check in and register at the resort gate before proceeding to the spa.

You can reserve your spa service in advance through our online booking page, by WhatsApp, or by phone. Booking ahead is the best way to secure your preferred treatment, date, and time. If you are planning a special occasion, visiting as an outside guest, or booking more than one service, reserving in advance is especially recommended.

Yes. Each spa client may bring one accompanying adult guest on the day of their visit. Accompanying guests must also register at the resort gate upon arrival. This policy helps us maintain a comfortable and well-managed experience for both spa clients and resort guests.

Unfortunately, no. Access to the resort pool and recreational facilities is reserved for registered hotel guests of Coco Beach Resort, so these amenities are not included for outside spa visitors. After spa services, guests and their registered accompanying adult guest are welcome to dine at the pool bar. Yes. On the day of their spa services, spa clients and their registered accompanying adult guest may enjoy dining at the pool bar after spa services are completed. This gives outside guests a chance to extend their visit with a meal or drinks after their treatment. Wristbands will be verified while on property.

Yes. Guests enjoying manicures or pedicures may order from our special spa cocktail and mocktail menu and have drinks served to the spa during their service. For guests receiving massage services, we also offer water and tea for a relaxing and refreshing experience.

Spa services are available for children age 5 and older, with a parent present for the entire service. However, children who are not registered spa clients on that day are not permitted on the property. This is an important detail for outside guests planning their visit.

Individual appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. For larger bookings, including groups of three or more individuals or reservations with four or more total services, a deposit may be required along with additional notice for changes. If your plans change, we recommend contacting the spa as early as possible.

If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened in order to stay on schedule for other guests. The full service amount will still apply. Arriving on time helps ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment and a smooth start to your spa experience.

Before your visit, please let the spa team know about any allergies, pregnancy, medical conditions, injuries, or special occasions so your service can be prepared with your comfort in mind. If you are visiting as an outside guest, be sure to have your confirmed appointment details ready when you arrive at the resort gate.
