Coconut Mojito

Cococabana Pool Bar Recipe at Coco Beach Resort

4 oz Coconut Rum (or any white rum)
4 oz Cream of Coconut
5 sprigs Fresh Mint Leaves
4 cups Ice
2 oz Fresh lime juice

Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender with 4 cups of ice. Blend until completely smooth, then pour into glasses.
Garnish with mint and lime slices if desired
