Payment & Cancellation

Peak Season

December 18, 2026 – January 3, 2027 & December 18, 2027 – January 3, 2028

• Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit including taxes is required at the time of booking.
• Balance Due: The remaining room balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings within 60 days: Payment in full, including all taxes, is required for stays arriving within 60 days.

Cancellation Policy:

• 50% refund for reservations cancelled 31–59 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival.

High Season

January 4 – April 15, 2026 & January 4 – April 15, 2027

• Deposit: 50% deposit plus taxes required at the time of booking.
• Balance Due: The remaining room balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings within 30 days: Payment in full, including all taxes, is required for stays within 30 days.

• Full refund for reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
• 50% refund for reservations cancelled 15–30 days prior to arrival.
• No refunds for reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Low Season

April 16 – December 18, 2026 & April 16 – December 18, 2027

Non-Refundable Rate Plan

Payment in full, including all taxes, is required at the time of booking. Non-refundable rate plan bookings are completely non-refundable, and no refunds will be given for any cancellations.
