Payment Policy
A deposit of 30% stay plus tax is required in order to confirm a reservation. The final balance is due 15 days prior to the arrival date.
Reservations are not confirmed until proper payment is received.
Reservations made within 15 days of arrival require full payment at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Sandy Point Resorts Reservations Department must receive a cancellation notification in writing to [email protected]
Reservations canceled more than 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Reservations canceled within 24-hours of arrival are considered a no-show and full penalty charges apply.
