Please review our policies thoroughly. While we understand that circumstances can change, our policy is consistently applied to ensure fairness to all guests. To help avoid any misunderstandings, we ask for your attention to these important guidelines.

Best Available Rate Plan

Holiday: December 19, 2025 – January 3, 2026 & December 19, 2026 – January 3, 2027

Balance Due: The remaining balance is due 60 days. Payment in full (including taxes) is required for stays arriving within 60 days

Cancellation Policy

50% refund for reservations cancelled 61 + days prior to arrival

No refunds for reservations cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival

Regular Season: January 4 December 18, 2025 & January 4 – December 18, 2026

Deposit: A 50% deposit, including taxes, is required at the time of booking

Balance Due:  The remaining room balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Full refund for reservations cancelled more than 31 days prior to arrival

No refunds for reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival

Important

There are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, including those due to medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, weather, or other acts of God. We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance. 

Non-Refundable Rate Plan

Payment in full (including all taxes) is required at the time of booking. Non-refundable rate plan bookings are completely non-refundable, and no refunds will be given for any cancellations.
