What is the payment policy for direct booking?

50% deposit is required to confirm new bookings. The remaining balance is due thirty days prior to arrival. Full payment is required at the time of booking for reservations within thirty days of arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card and Amex. Reservation is not fully confirmed until payment has been received.
