The Villas

The villas all have their own custom style and feel with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms each.  They may each be rented as 3, 2 or 1 bedroom/bathroom accommodations.  The upper villas enjoy the best views of the sunrise over the sea from a private veranda and are accessed by a staircase.  The lower villas enjoy a patio that opens directly to the pool.

Villa Solemar

Occupancy: Best for 6 guests, maximum of 8 guests

Relax fully while staying at Villa Solemar.  Taking its design cues from calming aspects of the sea, the open living area provides space to spread out.  Local hardwoods are featured throughout, and star in the large dining table and hand-carved headboards.  The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub.  Each of the other two bedrooms has a king bed and their own private bathroom.  There are an additional full-size futon and queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.  The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and cookware.   Located on the first floor, the villa’s living area opens directly onto a private patio with tropical planters to the pool.

Villa Paraiso

Occupancy: Best for 6 guests, maximum of 7 guests

Villa Paraiso uses the floral designs of the tropics to create a welcoming and elegant feel.  This villa is perfect for families and offers a large living space for gatherings.  The luxury kitchen lets you cook your own meals or have them catered in.  The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and his & hers sinks.  The second bedroom is perfect for families with young children and has a king bed and twin day bed with a private bathroom.  The third bedroom offers a private entrance through the garden and a king bed.  The first-floor configuration of the villa opens directly onto its own patio to the pool.

Villa del Mar

Occupancy: Up to 8 guests

Enjoy the feeling of spaciousness with vaulted and recessed ceilings and stone pillars throughout.  Custom furnishings from Bali and bright oil paintings from Belizean artists lend certain flair to the décor.  This upper-level villa offers stunning views of the sea and sunrise from the private veranda.  The master and back bedrooms each have a king bed, while the front bedroom has two queen beds.  The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub and all bathrooms have stone sinks and glass showers.  The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and a dining table that seats 8 has everything you need to prepare meals in your villa.  The 2^nd story veranda offers unbeatable views of the sea and the sunrise.

Villa Watina

Occupancy: Up to 6 guests

This second-floor villa features touches of the Belizean jungle in its décor.  The well-laid-out gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware.  Much of the furniture throughout is hand-crafted by Belize artisans using locally-sourced materials.  The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and two sinks.  The two guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed with a private bathroom.  The unbeatable views of the Caribbean Sea from the living area and private veranda are the perfect backdrops for your vacation.

Caribbean Soul Villa

Occupancy: Up to 6 guests

The tiled marble floors and vaulted ceilings create an open feeling that accentuates the stunning views of the beach, Caribbean Sea and Belize Barrier Reef from your own private patio that opens onto the pool.  This villa is stylishly furnished capturing the feeling of the Caribbean through uniquely tropical oil paintings, wood carvings, and vibrant tapestries.  The master bedroom has a king bed, a 32″ high definition flat panel TV and a private bathroom accessed through a walk-in closet.  The master bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, marble standing shower, and marble sinks.  The French Door Bedroom offers views of the pool and sea with a queen bed and private bathroom with marble throughout.  The Sunset Bedroom has its own private entrance and views of the garden, with a marble private bathroom and ample closet space. Brushstrokes Villa
